Terms of Service
These terms apply to the PLYAI sports league management platform, a product of and operated by SIA "MADA SOLUTIONS" (registration no. 40203587361, Zaļā iela 36 - 19, Dobele, Dobeles nov., LV-3701, Latvia) ("we", "us"). By signing in or using the platform you agree to them. The platform is provided to handball federations, associations, clubs and their authorized people; access is granted by them.
1. Accounts
- Accounts are created by administrators. Keep your password secret and use your account only yourself.
- You may sign in with a Google account whose email matches your PLYAI account. You are responsible for the security of that Google account.
- Tell your administrator or us right away if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- access data or functions you are not authorized for, or try to bypass security or access limits;
- enter false, unlawful or infringing information, including personal data you have no right to process;
- disrupt the platform, overload it, or use automated means to extract data without permission;
- use the platform in breach of applicable law or the rules of your federation.
3. Content and data
Federations, clubs and users remain responsible for the data they enter (competitions, rosters, people, results, documents, invoices) and for having a lawful basis to process it. We process it to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. Public competition data may be shown on federation websites, live graphics and broadcasts.
4. YouTube and Google features
Administrators can connect YouTube channels to create live broadcasts for games. These features use the YouTube API Services; by using them you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy. You must only connect channels you are allowed to manage, and you are responsible for the broadcasts created on them. You can disconnect a channel at any time on your profile page or at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
5. Availability and changes
We work to keep the platform available and secure, but it is provided "as is" and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may change or discontinue features, and update these terms; the effective date above shows the latest version.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by data entered by users, third-party services (such as Google or YouTube) or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Suspension and termination
Administrators or we may suspend or remove access that breaches these terms or puts the platform or others at risk. Federations' agreements with us govern how their data is handled when a service ends.
8. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or data protection rights where you live. Questions: [email protected].
